Welcome to Space Coding. Before we launch your project, please review the rules of engagement that govern our partnership.
Scope of Services
Space Coding provides specialized IT services including but not limited to:
- Web Development: Creation and maintenance of custom websites and applications.
- Cloud Migration: Architecture and deployment services for AWS and other cloud providers.
- Odoo Implementation: Configuration, customization, and training for Odoo ERP systems.
Communications
By engaging our services or submitting your contact details, you agree to receive project-related communications via Email and WhatsApp. These channels are used for efficient project management, status updates, and critical notifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Space Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the event allowing for liability.
Termination of Services
Space Coding reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
